Send us an email or schedule a call to start the conversation about how MUSE Virtual could be a great fit for your child. Your call will be scheduled with Stephanie Cox, our Admissions Manager to hear more about our school’s mission, vision, and programs. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and learn about the next steps in the admission process.
Following your call, you will be invited to an upcoming virtual open house to get an inside look at MUSE Virtual and learn about our educational philosophy, how students thrive in our program, what a day looks like in our virtual school, and you will see real parents and students from MUSE Virtual.
Select a virtual open house date that works best for you below.
After your call, and open house you can start the Application for Admission. This step requires you to fill out our student inquiry form.
Complete the application and submit supplemental materials. Once received, a student intake and parent interview will be scheduled.
In addition to the application, each student will join us for a Shadow Day and parents/guardians will meet with a School Administrator for a Parent Interview.
Once all steps are completed (application, student visit and assessment, and parent interview), the Admission Committee will review the full application and the family will be notified if an enrollment contract is offered!
Families with completed applications for admission will be invited to a Parent Interview and a Student Intake. The parent interview is 45 minutes long and is conducted by the applicable Director of the academic program you are applying to. Student intakes are virtually held in the classroom that they are applying to. During the intake, the student will have the opportunity to experience “A day in the life” of a MUSE student, in addition to a one-on-one evaluation with the classroom teacher. The timeframe of the student intake depends on the grade the family is applying to.
Enrolled families will be emailed Re-Enrollment Contracts for the 26-27 Academic Year. If a family will be returning the next academic year, a signed re-enrollment contract is to be submitted with a $1,500.00 tuition deposit. The tuition deposit will be applied to your total tuition costs. Re-enrollment Contracts are due back to the Director of Admissions by February 19th to reserve your spot for the following academic year.
