MUSE ADMISSIONS PROCESS

The MUSE Virtual admissions process is simple. Take a few minutes to complete the steps below to get started. Should you have any questions along the way, feel free to message Matt Cordish, our Director of Admissions, in the chat box on the lower right of your screen.

Step One

Please take a moment to complete our online inquiry about your student.


Step Two

After completing your online inquiry about your student, please visit Matt Cordish’s Calendly and schedule a 30 minute call. During this call, Matt will discuss MUSE Virtual, The Immersion Program, and the application process.


Step Three

After your 30 minute call, you can start the Application for Admission.

If you are applying for Immediate Enrollment for the current academic year, please verify with the Director of Admissions on available space in the classroom. If space is available, please start your Application for Admission by clicking the Apply Now link below. There is a $100.00 fee to submit the completed application. Once application is submitted, please submit the previous two (2) years of academic records for your student, and one (1) teacher recommendation. All application materials are due before scheduling the Student Intake and Parent Interview.

If you are applying for the 21-22 Academic Year, applications are due by December 18th, 2020 and remaining supplemental documents are due by January 8th, 2021. The mentioned deadline dates are for priority enrollment. MUSE then transitions to Rolling Admissions. Please verify with Director of Admissions for available space in the classroom you wish to apply to.

MUSE transitions to Rolling Admissions

Parent interviews & student intakes FOR NEW FAMILIES

January 11th – February 26th, 2021

Families with completed applications for admission will be invited to a Parent Interview and a Student Intake. The parent interview is 45 minutes long and is conducted by the applicable Director of the academic program you are applying to. Student intakes are virtually held in the classroom that they are applying to. During the intake, the student will have the opportunity to experience “A day in the life” of a MUSE student, in addition to a one-on-one evaluation with the classroom teacher. The timeframe of the student intake depends on the grade the family is applying to.


Re-enrollment for current families

February 5, 2021

Enrolled families will be emailed Re-Enrollment Contracts for the 21-22 Academic Year. If a family will be returning the next academic year, a signed re-enrollment contract is to be submitted with a $1,500.00 tuition deposit. The tuition deposit will be applied to your total tuition costs. Re-Enrollment Contracts are due back to Director of Admissions by February 19, 2021 to reserve your spot for the following academic year. Re-Enrollment Contracts received after February 19 will incur a $500.00 late fee.


Notification dates for new families

March 5, 2021

New family applicants will receive their admissions decision via email by 5:00pm.

March 19, 2021

New family admissions decision due by 5:00pm. If accepting enrollment for the 21-22 Academic Year, all new families to return a completed Enrollment Contract, $1,500.00 tuition deposit (applied to total tuition total) and a $1,000.00 new student enrollment fee to Director of Admissions.
