The MUSE Virtual leadership team are a highly experienced team of educators that are committed to bringing the award winning MUSE educational experience to students around the world.
The MUSE Virtual Elementary School Program infuses Passion-Based Learning with a strong foundation in Core Academics, creating a learning experience that is meaningful, unique, and engaging. At MUSE, we believe that education should spark curiosity, fuel creativity, and empower students to connect their interests with their academic growth.
MUSE Virtual is an award-winning, fully accredited K–12 private school that has redefined what online education can look like. Our program emphasizes live interaction, real-world learning, and individualized support, cultivating a global community of students, families, and teachers who share a belief that learning should be personal and joyful.
Our teachers connect with students live every day in virtual classrooms, offering a balance of one-on-one teaching, small group collaboration, and full-class learning experiences. This daily interaction provides students with consistent structure while keeping learning engaging and interactive.
Each grade is led by a dedicated classroom teacher, with a maximum of 16 students per class, ensuring that every child receives personalized attention and meaningful connections with their peers.
In our K–6 online elementary program, students link their personal passions with academic studies, making learning both relevant and exciting. Teachers weave grade-level milestones into classroom projects and individual passion projects, ensuring students meet essential academic benchmarks while developing confidence and self-direction.
This approach inspires students to take ownership of their education, see themselves as capable problem-solvers, and enjoy the process of learning.
With a student-to-teacher ratio of no more than 16:1, MUSE Virtual prioritizes individual growth. Teachers know each student by name, understand their learning style, and support them in building both academic mastery and social-emotional skills.
This small-class model helps create a safe, supportive, and collaborative online classroom where students feel connected, seen, and valued.
In addition to core academics, students explore weekly electives led by specialty teachers. These courses are designed to broaden horizons and encourage exploration in exciting, real-world subjects, including:
Performing Arts – fostering creativity, confidence, and self-expression.
Music – developing rhythm, melody, and an appreciation for the arts.
Seed-to-Table – teaching sustainability, nutrition, and responsibility through hands-on projects.
Virtual Cooking Classes – blending math, science, culture, and creativity in the kitchen.
These elective experiences help students discover new talents while complementing their core academic journey.
